AH, the Bakery

Hi everyone!

This week I got a job transfer at the farm to work in the bakery. It is delightful. The people are positive and delightful and being in the environment is soothing.

This week I made pizza, sorbet, mousse, cheesecake, bread and added touches to other peoples' delicicies.

My mom is visiting tomorrow (yyeah!!!) so I am looking forward to that..

And I saw some amazing modern dancing at an outdoor theatre in the Berkshires. The dance and the scenery were breathtaking....

I'm still laughing too!

Life on the Farm

So I went from living in a farmhouse to working and living on a farm in western, ma.

It's a lot of hard work so far, but worth it and I will keep you posted on the happenings....
