Spring springs in, springing.....


Hi everyone!


How happy can I say that I am to get out of bed these past 10 sunny days!!!!!!!

It brings new light literally to the term winter depression.

I wanted to share some random thoughts and pictures.


1.) MOST things look better in the morning, so definitely do sleep on it!!

2.) Get out and let the sun beat down on your face. Even if it is only for 5 minutes, you will notice the difference in your mood afterward.

3.) Whenever you feel stressed, breathe deeply and focus on your breath. Focusing on this breath will help your worries to go into the background and your life's energy come into the foreground. DO IT, IT WORKS!!!

4.) Please share some good books to read. I have been doing a lot of reading and am constantly searching for new titles. I will share the same.
